This fresh menu highlights modern interpretations of island cuisine, featuring standout selections such as “lox” opakapaka served with fresh greens, citrus, and an assortment of raw and pickled vegetables, as well as a succulent Pork Belly paired with “scanlan sauce,” sweet onion, local kiawe honey, and Okinawan sweet potato.
