Our island is full of stories, none more inviting than the one told by the dish in front of you. Known for its modern take on Hawaiian comfort fare, Alaia embraces the community through its support of nearby Mauka Farms, telling their story through every plate, bite, and sip. Using unique, native produce such as bread fruit, apple bananas, and tomatoes from Pele, a third generation farmer, our culinary team works in tune with the seasons. We reap the island's bounty, working with hand-selected fruits and vegetables from our farm to your table​. We let the quality and simplicity of the ingredients speak for themselves.
