Aaron holds a PhD in Ethnomusicology from the University of Hawaiʻi at Mānoa and is the President and CEO of Gravitas Pasifika, a boutique Native Hawaiian-owned consulting firm focused on storytelling and advancing the Native Hawaiian and Pasifika worldview.
