Umalu

'Umalu, meaning “the shade cast by a cliff” in Hawaiian, offers guests a reprieve from the sun. Located on the pool deck of Hyatt Regency Maui with views of the Pacific Ocean, ‘Umalu is open for lunch and dinner. Choose from a variety of fresh salads and creative sandwiches throughout the day at our shaded restaurant or between the waterfalls at our Grotto Bar. Also dine with us as late as midnight with our new dinner menu full of mouthwatering entrees; including Hawaiian Ahi and Herb Crusted Prime Rib.
