Since 1985, we have been offering vacation accommodates to guests from around the world! We are proud members of the Hawaii Visitors and Convention Bureau, Kailua Chamber of Commerce, and the Better Business Bureau with an A+ Rating, and we are the current #1 position on TripAdvisor on the island of Oahu! We offer licensed short-term vacation rentals, with Non-Conforming Use Permits (NUC) assigned to each of our licensed rentals. In addition, we offer 90+ night beach homes in Lanikai, Kailua, Hawaii Kai, Kahala, and the North Shore of O'ahu. We are in compliance with the Hawaii State Legislation (HB2078) for vacation rental accommodations. We highly recommend that you protect your vacation and book only a reputable, licensed vacation rental. Most of our rentals are within 2.5 miles of Kailua Town which offers a number of outfitters for all of your ocean activity equipment needs, as well as bicycle rentals, grocery, boutiques, gift shops, farmers markets, and a variety of great restaurants. Lanikai Garden Studio: All the comforts of home in paradise! Enjoy the casual island charm and comfortable living space. Our Lanikai Garden Studio has a new – 24,000 BTU split air conditioning system! Cool, Quiet, Comfort! This home within a room is a place where you will be able to relax and feel totally at ease. With ample space and an abundance of windows and tropical flora views. All of this is accessed through the studio’s private gated garden entry and is just 100 yards to Lanikai Beach. The studio is furnished with two comfortable armchairs, and teak furnishings and is adorned with works by local artists On-site parking included, as well as beach chairs, beach towels, boogie boards, and beach umbrellas. Just 100 yards to beautiful Lanikai Beach.… Lanikai Tree-house: All the comforts of home in paradise! Enjoy the casual island charm and comfortable living space of this spacious upstairs 2 bedroom, 1 bath. Relax in your own Hawaiian "treehouse", surrounded by mature island trees and refreshing trade winds. King bed in the master bedroom and a queen in the guest bedroom. John Walker's Lanikai Beach House: Welcome to the world of John Walker. A Scotsman who made his way to Hawaii as a young man in the 1870s to become a contractor of choice to Queen Liliuokalani, and erect such notable buildings as the Bishop Museum and Honolulu Hale (City Hall). Mr. Walker's inviting presence is felt in the structure of this, his favorite hideaway on Lanikai Beach. Born in 1934, this enchanting environment transports you back to an era of graceful living, where the worries of the world are lost in the luxury of the sea, sand, and restful surroundings. Following recent renovations, the house contains just the right combination of added comforts in its updated kitchen, guest quarters, and “boathouse”, with elements of charm carefully preserved from a richly felt past. One of the first homes to take advantage of Lanikai’s heavenly reef-protected waters and natural stretch of white sand beach, John Walker’s Beach House set the standard by which the surrounding community grew…a standard which has been nurtured by his family through the years for you to enjoy. Although only with us in spirit, John Walker’s love of Lanikai is preserved by one of his most revered places in the world. Having the fortune to have grown up here in Lanikai and reside in his childhood home with his wife, three daughters, and two dogs. We have hosted countless guests from around the world, many are annual repeat guests that we consider family! "Being my childhood home, I am blessed to be able to raise my family within the walls that I grew up in, and God willing, my daughters will continue the legacy". We love to fish! Many of our guests have enjoyed an outing on our glass-bottom boat for a day of sightseeing, light tackle fishing, and sea-life exploration. We also love spending time in our sister state - Alaska, where our eldest daughter calls home and where we have worked as a charter captain out of Seward, Alaska.
