In 1998, Honolulu Cookie Company was established using a recipe for premium shortbread cookies baked using the finest ingredients and inspired by its island home, Hawai'i. Each pineapple shaped cookie is handcrafted and individually wrapped to ensure freshness. Honolulu Cookie Company currently has 11 locations in Hawai'i (10 on O'ahu, 1 on Maui), 1 in Las Vegas, and 1 in Guam. On Maui, our store in the Shops at Wailea welcomes visitors to the Valley Isle. Just as many from Hawai'i travel to Las Vegas and have turned The City that Never Sleeps into the unofficial Ninth Island. Honolulu Cookie Company has a location at the LINQ Promenade on the strip. We also have a store in Guam located at The Plaza Shopping Center. Each location is an opportunity to share hospitality through our pineapple shape cookies and island-inspired flavors. On O'ahu, many of our stores are located in Waikiki. Traditionally, this stretch of beach has attracted royalty with its gorgeous conditions. Just outside of Waikiki, we have a busy location in the Ala Moana Shopping Center, catering to visitors and locals alike. Closer to the airport, you’ll find our Sand Island store as well as our bakery. From this hub of talented bakers, packers, and creators, our premium shortbread cookies are produced to spread the Spirit of Aloha.
