Whether we are teaching a cooking class or preserving the seasons, our mission is to celebrate the agriculture and diverse cultures of Hawaii. Guests of the Provisions Kitchen leave with a deeper understanding of the importance of being not merely a consumer, but a steward of our beautiful island.
