Alexander & Baldwin Sugar Museum

Housed in a 1902 Plantation Manager's home, the Alexander & Baldwin Sugar Museum offer self guided tours through its six gallery rooms. Through photos, murals and artifacts, you will learn about Maui's geography and private water system, the people and events that created Hawaii's predominant industry for over a century, sugar plantation communities and plantation life, and the growing, harvesting and production of sugar cane into raw sugar crystals.
