For the first time ever, Prince Dance Institute (PDI) will have a summer semester of performing arts classes at Kahilu Theatre in Waimea (Kamuela). The summer semester begins on Monday, June 7, and runs weekly through Thursday, July 1, 2021. Students will have more than twenty in-studio classes in dance, musical theatre, aerial arts, and acrobatics to choose from, with classes available for all ages and skill levels. The Summer Classes at Kahilu Theatre are conducted on the Main Stage and in the Mike Luce Studio and are held Monday through Thursday, between 4:00 pm and 8:00 pm. The entry is through the loading dock door in the back of the theatre. Summer Classes Aerial Silks, Acrobatics, Ballet, Contemporary Dance, Hip Hop, Jazz Dance, Juggling, Keiki Dance, Lyrical Dance, Musical Theatre, Partner Dance, Tap Dance, Trapeze Registration is now open, with scholarships available for qualifying students. The scholarship application deadline for Prince Dance Institute ends on May 17, 2021.
