Molokai Holokai Ho'olaule'a

We are back for 2023, with the Molokai Holokai Hoolaulea. The Molokai Holokai Hoolaulea is a combination of two great ocean paddling events, the Maui to Molokai Challenge 27 miles which started in 2003 and the Molokai Holokai 10 miles began in 2010. With two great events combined and immersion of community involvement with an awareness of our environment and healthy lifestyles, we bring you the Molokai Holokai Hoolaulea! "The Molokai Holokai will embody our inherent Hawaiian cultural values - taking care of the land and sea, giving back to community, honoring host culture/language, respecting others" Dates for the Molokai Holokai Weekend Friday 14th July 2023 - Maui to Molokai Challenge Kaunakakai Harbor clean up and welcome in the paddlers 9-noon - Come sign up at the harbor at the ferry area and we have hats for the kids! The paddlers arrive from noon on Friday. Saturday 15 th July 2023 Molokai Holokai Kamalo Run - 10 miles - 5 miles -3/4 mile -Check-in at Kamalo at 9:00-10:00am The race starts 11.00for SUP and 11:30 am for Foil and OC . 5 Mile course starts at 11:45 am All kids to check-in at Molokai Community Health Center at 1:30 pm Keiki and Makua Race at 2:15 pm - Mowat Homestead to Molokai Community Health Center 3/4 mile. Live music, food that is open to the public in cheering on our local paddlers.
